Persistence Capital Partners (PCP) has made a significant follow-on equity commitment to MCA Dental Group, joined by an investor group led by DWS's private equity business. The capital will be used to accelerate MCA's expansion across Canada and support its growth as a dental service organization (DSO).

Walter Capital Partners, a Montréal-based private equity firm, has made a growth investment in Clareo Dental Network, the largest network of dental clinics in Québec. The partnership will support Clareo’s expansion to more than 50 general and specialty dental clinics across Québec over the next five years and help provide succession options for retiring dentists.

Pamlico Capital has completed a growth investment / acquisition of Canadian Orthodontic Partners (COP), partnering with current shareholders to support the company's next phase of expansion. COP, headquartered in Toronto, operates over 60 orthodontic clinics across eight Canadian provinces serving more than 30,000 patients; the transaction follows Sheridan Capital Partners' prior ownership and was announced as a sale by Sheridan.
