Education Acquisitions in Idaho

Procare Solutions, a child care management software provider, has acquired Bertelsen Education to add accredited continuing education and professional development courses for Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Head Start providers. The acquisition expands Procare’s all-in-one platform by integrating state- and nationally-accredited training (including CDA and Head Start compliance) delivered in English and Spanish.

95 Percent Group LLC, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, has acquired Morpheme Magic, the supplemental curriculum and training business founded by Dr. Deborah R. Glaser. The acquisition expands 95 Percent Group's One95 Literacy Ecosystem by adding morphology-focused instructional materials and teacher supports to its existing phonics and literacy offerings.

International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) has acquired Empowered Education, the parent company of the Health Coach Institute and Functional Nutrition Alliance, expanding ISSA’s curriculum into health coaching and functional nutrition. The deal adds more than 36,000 students to ISSA’s community and integrates the teams and course libraries to position ISSA as a broader health and wellness education provider.

Tritium Partners, a private equity firm, made a strategic growth investment in Stukent, an Idaho Falls–based provider of digital courseware and simulation-based learning. The capital will fund product expansion (new simulations and courseware), geographic/hiring growth (plans to add 100+ jobs), and accelerate Stukent's penetration across K-12 and higher-education markets.

Volaris Group Inc., through its AssetWorks Risk Management business unit, has acquired the assets of Idaho State Billing Services, Inc., which operates as CSA Consulting. The acquisition adds CSA’s Medicaid billing consulting and special-education IEP software to AssetWorks’ product suite to expand capabilities in the special education K‑12 market.
