Electrical Services Acquisitions in Arizona

Concentric, LLC has acquired Communication Power Solutions (CPS), a Southwest U.S. provider of DC power design, installation and maintenance for communications and data center customers. The deal expands Concentric’s footprint in the Southwest and strengthens its engineered DC power capabilities by integrating CPS’s technicians and design team.

APIC Solutions (a Tower Arch Capital portfolio company) has invested in and partnered with Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS), a Phoenix-based integrator of security, audio/visual and low-voltage infrastructure. The add-on expands APIC's technical capabilities and Arizona presence while bringing CTS into APIC's Southwest master systems integration platform; terms were not disclosed.

Huron Capital’s portfolio company Criticore has acquired Scottsdale-based electrical contractor Jenco Inc., marking Criticore’s second add-on following its 2023 investment in RK Electric. The acquisition expands Criticore’s geographic footprint into the Phoenix/Scottsdale market and broadens its mission-critical commercial electrical services capabilities across end markets such as semiconductor, data centers, biotech, and healthcare; Jenco founder Kelly Anderson will remain as President of Jenco.

Generational Equity advised Automation Specialists, Inc. on the sale of the company to its employees in a transaction that closed February 4, 2022. Automation Specialists, based in Tucson, Arizona, provides end-to-end home automation and low-voltage contracting services including audio/video, climate control, lighting, and security.
