Environmental Services Acquisitions in Mississippi

Axius Water, a PE-backed provider of nutrient management solutions, has acquired S&N Airoflo, Inc., a Greenwood, Mississippi-based supplier of surface aeration systems. The add-on expands Axius's nutrient removal and lagoon/oxidation ditch aeration capabilities and brings energy-efficient floating brush rotor technology into its portfolio.

Generational Group advised Jackson, Mississippi-based Trisler Landscape Management, Inc. on its sale to an unnamed private buyer, with the transaction closing on August 4, 2025. Trisler is a full-service landscaping company (design, installation, maintenance, irrigation, hardscapes/softscapes) serving commercial and residential clients across Central Mississippi since 1995.

Trinity Consultants, a global environmental consulting firm headquartered in Dallas, has acquired Environmental Compliance & Safety, Inc. (ECS), a Mississippi-based environmental and safety consulting firm. ECS will operate within Trinity's environmental consulting business, with its leadership and offices in Sherman and Brandon, Mississippi, remaining in place to strengthen Trinity's EHS capabilities and presence in the Gulf/Southeast.

FV Recycling, a Jones Capital portfolio company based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, has acquired the paper recycling business of JET Polymer Recycling (commonly known as Tupelo Recycling), adding a recycling plant in Tupelo, Mississippi. The acquisition densifies FV Recycling’s footprint across North Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee and expands its commercial recycling and baler equipment repair capabilities.

Green Meadow Sustainable Solutions, a PE-backed environmental services platform led by investors including Bernhard Capital Partners, acquired Riverbend Environmental Services LLC in November 2020. The deal adds a landfill in Jefferson County, Mississippi and transfer stations in Vicksburg, Mississippi and Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Green Meadow's operations and supports planned infrastructure upgrades, workforce investment and continued municipal contracts.
