Acquisitions in Limburg, Belgium

Proemion Holding GmbH, a Battery Ventures–backed industrial data and analytics provider, has agreed to acquire TrendMiner NV from Software AG. The acquisition adds TrendMiner’s web-based, self-service industrial analytics platform to Proemion’s offering, expanding its capabilities into process industries and enabling sales to a broader set of industrial customers.

IMV Technologies Group has acquired Veterinary Solutions, a Belgium-based developer of veterinary digital radiography (DR X-Ray) systems and PACS software. Veterinary Solutions will join IMV's Companion Animal business to broaden IMV's veterinary imaging product range and strengthen its presence across Europe.

ENSEK, the LDC-backed UK SaaS provider for energy suppliers, has acquired NrgFin, a Benelux-based consultancy and data analytics firm, marking ENSEK's first continental European acquisition. The deal expands ENSEK's capabilities with energy-focused analytics and finance solutions and establishes ENSEK's presence in Belgium and the Netherlands; NrgFin's founders retain a large minority stake and will remain in senior roles.
