Acquisitions in Walloon Brabant, Belgium

Diversatek Healthcare, a privately owned gastroenterological medical device company headquartered in Milwaukee, has acquired Group G-Flex – GFE do Brasil, a Belgium-headquartered designer, manufacturer and distributor of reusable and single-use endoscopy devices. The acquisition adds over 250 SKUs, ISO 13485 and MDSAP-certified locations, expands Diversatek's product capabilities and strengthens its presence in LATAM and EU markets.

CM Group, the Insight Partners–backed family of martech brands, has acquired Selligent Marketing Cloud from HGGC. The acquisition—carried out by CM Group entity Campaign Monitor Europe UK Ltd—adds Selligent’s omnichannel marketing and AI capabilities and strengthens CM Group’s enterprise focus and European coverage.

Anteo Diagnostics will acquire 100% of DIAsource ImmunoAssays SA for EUR15.4m (with a two-year vendor earn-out), expanding Anteo's product range, manufacturing capabilities and global distribution. DIAsource, headquartered in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, reported EUR11.9m revenue in 2014 (EUR7.2m in H1 2015) and the combined business will total about 100 personnel; the deal is subject to financing and regulatory approvals.
