Docebo Inc. has acquired all outstanding shares of France-based skills intelligence firm 365Talents for approximately $54.6 million in cash plus up to $5.1 million in earn-outs. The deal embeds 365Talents' AI-driven skills intelligence and workforce analytics into Docebo's AI-powered learning platform while retaining the 365Talents brand and leadership; Docebo expects ~USD$9 million in revenue from the business through December 31, 2026.

Collibra, the data intelligence company, has acquired Husprey, an integrated SQL data notebook platform, to add a collaborative SQL notebook and last-mile analytics capability to the Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud. The acquisition is intended to improve analyst productivity and accelerate insights by integrating Husprey’s collaborative workspace and AI-enabled workflow features into Collibra’s data catalog and marketplace.

IK Investment Partners has signed an agreement to acquire Blanchon, a European manufacturer of woodcare and wood/vinyl coating solutions, from Abénex. Abénex will significantly reinvest alongside IK and Blanchon’s management team led by Guillaume Clément, with closing subject to antitrust approvals.

The Böllhoff Group has acquired SNEP S.A., a Montbrison, France-based manufacturer of specialty fasteners and precision machined components, from Howmet Aerospace. The acquisition expands Böllhoff's turning and machining capabilities for the aerospace sector and brings the company closer to key French aerospace customers.
