Accenture has acquired TalentSprint, a deep tech education and talent development company, from NSE Academy Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The deal expands Accenture LearnVantage’s training capabilities across university certifications and bootcamps to build future-ready talent pools for enterprises and governments.

OptiMIM (a Form Technologies company) and Vasantha Tool Crafts Pvt. Ltd. announced a strategic joint venture to create a new entity, OptiMIM Global. The JV combines OptiMIM’s metal injection molding technology with Vasantha’s precision mold design and manufacturing capabilities to expand production capacity and global market reach across multiple end markets.

SHI International completed the acquisition of Locuz Enterprise Solutions, an Indian cybersecurity and digital transformation services company based in Hyderabad. The deal expands SHI’s geographic presence in India and strengthens its capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, data center, and managed IT operations to better support global customers.

Net at Work entered a strategic alliance with Kensium featuring reciprocal acquisitions of business units and IP. Net at Work acquired Kensium’s Acumatica practice (including consultants, operations, and a majority of the customer base), while Kensium acquired Pixafy, Net at Work’s eCommerce agency. The transactions closed on July 26, 2024.

Quadria Capital led a $102 million funding round in NephroPlus, combining primary capital infusion with secondary share purchases. As part of the transaction, Investcorp partially exited its stake but retained a significant minority ownership, while other existing investors also sold secondary shares.

Bain Capital Private Equity announced it has acquired Porus Labs, a manufacturer of agricultural and specialty chemicals. The investment is intended to support Porus Labs’ growth through investments in talent, business development, capacity expansion, process engineering, and development or acquisition of differentiated chemical capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Accordion, a private equity-focused financial and technology consulting firm, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Merilytics, a provider of advanced analytics, data management, and business intelligence reporting solutions. The acquisition will serve as the foundation of Accordion's Data & Analytics Practice and expand its end-to-end data and analytics support for CFO clients. Financial terms were not disclosed.

People2.0, a global employer of record (EOR) and agent of record (AOR) services platform, acquired Husys, an India-based end-to-end HR consulting and EOR services provider. The deal expands People2.0’s footprint and capabilities in the Indian market; financial terms were not disclosed.

Qualitest, an AI-powered quality engineering company, acquired ZenQ Pvt Ltd, a Hyderabad-based software testing and quality engineering services provider. The deal expands Qualitest’s operations in India and enhances its NextGen capabilities across areas including Phygital, analytics, blockchain and DevOps, adding ZenQ’s 600+ quality engineers to Qualitest.

ProPharma Group, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, announced the acquisition of iSafety Systems. Headquartered in Hyderabad, India, iSafety provides end-to-end pharmacovigilance and safety solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies globally. The deal expands ProPharma Group’s global pharmacovigilance capacity and reach.
