    SyBridge Technologies' subsidiary Concours Technologies has completed the acquisition of the assets of Toolplas Systems México S. de R.L. de C.V., adding a dedicated service center in the Querétaro area to support injection-molding customers in Mexico. SyBridge, a PE-backed platform established by Crestview Partners, said the acquisition expands its North American service footprint and allows Concours' Puebla facility to focus on mold design, manufacturing and validation.
