RAM Infotechnology (RAM-IT), a Dutch cloud service provider focused on healthcare, announced the acquisition of Interoperability Group, a Dutch provider of healthcare IT solutions. The transaction is supported by Keensight Capital and is intended to strengthen RAM-IT’s healthcare IT offering, particularly in data interoperability and end-to-end digital transformation capabilities across the Netherlands.

Family-owned VANAD Group has acquired Utrecht-based sports tech and football analytics company SciSports. SciSports will leverage VANAD Group’s financial resources and technology expertise to enhance its AI-driven platform and accelerate growth across Europe, North America, and particularly the United States. Vincent van Renesse van Duivenbode will remain CEO of SciSports following the acquisition.

Pollen Street Capital has agreed to acquire all shares of Keylane Group B.V., a SaaS core insurance and pensions software provider, from Waterland Private Equity. Following closing (expected by autumn 2024, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approval), Pollen Street will support Keylane’s growth, technology innovation, and potential future M&A expansion across Europe.

Solvias announced it has acquired Utrecht, Netherlands-based Cergentis, a genomics-focused provider of genetic quality control solutions based on its proprietary Targeted Locus Amplification (TLA) technology. The deal expands Solvias’ biologics and cell & gene therapy testing platform to support characterization and QC for genetically engineered models, biopharmaceutical cell line development, and advanced therapy products. Financial terms were not disclosed; Achelous Partners advised Cergentis.

Trinseo completed the acquisition of Heathland B.V., a Netherlands-based collector and recycler of post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste in Europe. The deal expands Trinseo’s access to recycling technologies and recycled plastic feedstock, supporting its sustainability and circular-economy objectives.
