Aquiline Capital Partners has taken a significant minority stake in Krakow-based software development firm VirtusLab, with existing management rolling part of their equity and remaining owners. The investment will fund organic growth — including talent acquisition, R&D investment, and potential add-on acquisitions — as VirtusLab seeks to scale its cloud-native, data and development capabilities for enterprise customers.

CentralNic Group plc has entered a conditional agreement to acquire the Zeropark and Voluum businesses (together "Codewise") from three Polish entities for total consideration of USD 36 million in cash. The acquisition, headquartered in Krakow, Poland, adds ~140 staff and strengthens CentralNic's monetisation and MarTech capabilities (expected to be earnings accretive), while the company has launched an accelerated bookbuild to raise approximately £30 million to help fund the deal.

Informatica has acquired Compact Solutions LLC to integrate Compact Solutions’ advanced metadata scanners (MetaDex) into the Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, expanding Informatica’s metadata management and automated data lineage capabilities. The acquisition strengthens Informatica’s metadata-driven AI and governance offering and helps customers accelerate analytics, data governance, privacy and data warehouse modernization initiatives.
