CentralNic Group plc has entered a conditional agreement to acquire the Zeropark and Voluum businesses (together "Codewise") from three Polish entities for total consideration of USD 36 million in cash. The acquisition, headquartered in Krakow, Poland, adds ~140 staff and strengthens CentralNic's monetisation and MarTech capabilities (expected to be earnings accretive), while the company has launched an accelerated bookbuild to raise approximately £30 million to help fund the deal.
