March Networks acquired the FOCUS Business Analytics Platform from DoIT Software Sp.z.o.o (Gliwice, Poland) on October 1, 2022, integrating the cloud-based analytics platform into its Searchlight product to accelerate its transition to cloud video and advanced data analytics. The deal brings the majority of DoIT Software staff into a newly established March Networks Poland development center focused on data analytics and AI, and March Networks plans to launch the integrated cloud Searchlight platform in Q1 2023.

Otodata Holdings, Inc. acquired the LPG branch of Polish systems integrator AIUT, obtaining AIUT’s IoT-based remote monitoring and metering business for the LPG market. The deal expands Otodata’s hardware and software offering for tank monitoring, supporting its global growth in LPG, fuel and industrial gas markets.

RTB House, a global advertising technology firm, has acquired 100% of WhitePress, a Poland-based content marketing platform. The sellers include WhitePress founders and investors Dirlango and Innova Capital; WhitePress's management will remain in place and the acquisition aims to accelerate WhitePress's international expansion.
