IMV Technologies Group has acquired Medivet Scandinavian AB, a Sweden-based provider of veterinary DR X‑ray systems and other imaging modalities headquartered in Ängelholm. The acquisition expands IMV's companion animal imaging business and adds Medivet’s equine MERS X‑ray capability and Scandinavian market presence.

Thoma Bravo has completed a majority growth investment in Hypergene, a Malmö-based SaaS provider of corporate performance management and project & portfolio management software. The investment will support Hypergene's product development and European expansion; Monterro and other minority shareholders sold their stakes with Hypergene management remaining as shareholders.

Francisco Partners has agreed to acquire Macrobond, a Malmö-based provider of macroeconomic and financial data and analytics, from Nordic Capital. Macrobond's founder Tomas Liljeborg will remain CEO and a significant equity holder as the company — which has ~230 employees and serves 800+ organizations worldwide — looks to accelerate product innovation, expand datasets and grow its global presence.

AGIC Capital has acquired a majority stake in Grafotronic AB, a Swedish manufacturer of roll-to-roll automated manufacturing solutions for the digital label finishing and EV battery markets. The private equity firm said it invested alongside Grafotronic's management to accelerate international growth, expand commercial and operational capabilities, and support product and R&D expansion across Europe, the US and Asia.

Nordic private equity firm Axcel has acquired a majority stake in Swedish IT services provider AddPro AB from Adelis Equity Partners. The deal, terms undisclosed, transfers ownership of a company with ~SEK 800 million revenue and ~350 employees, enabling further geographic and capability expansion under Axcel.

Stirling Square Capital Partners has acquired Assistansbolaget Försäkring Sverige, a Swedish B2C roadside assistance provider and the third platform investment from Stirling Square’s Fourth Fund (which closed at €950 million). Assistansbolaget, founded in 2015, serves over 350,000 customers via an annual subscription model and operates a tech- and data-driven, asset-light platform; Stirling Square said it will support the company’s next phase of growth and innovation.
