Manufacturing Acquisitions in New Mexico

Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS) completed the acquisition of Mega Corp., a manufacturer of specialty vehicles and equipment for the global metal extraction and construction markets, for $45.5 million in cash (subject to post-closing adjustments). Mega generated about $40 million in net sales for the year ended December 31, 2024 (with roughly 30% from aftermarket parts), operates a manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and approximately 95 employees joined Federal Signal; the company said the transaction strengthens its specialty vehicle platform and is expected to be accretive to earnings and cash flow in 2026.

Conductive Containers, Inc. (CCI), a portfolio company of Great River Capital Partners, has acquired Crestline Plastics, Inc., a thermoformed optics and precision packaging manufacturer based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Crestline will operate as the CCI–Crestline Division with Derek Hermann continuing as General Manager; the deal expands CCI's capabilities in optics packaging and creates a Southwest hub to better serve Southern California and Mexico.

Superior Industries has agreed to acquire CEMCO, a VSI crusher manufacturer headquartered in Belen, New Mexico. The deal adds a 140,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility and dozens of experienced employees to Superior's portfolio, expanding its product offering for aggregates, recycling, mining and energy markets.

Charlotte-based Power-Utility Products Co. (PUPCO), a WJ Partners portfolio company, acquired MIROC, a telecom components manufacturer and distributor based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The add-on expands PUPCO's product offering into telecom components and provides geographic presence in the western United States; terms were not disclosed.

Cosmetic Solutions, a Boca Raton-based contract manufacturer and private-label skincare partner, has acquired New Mexico-based Private Label Select (PLS), an organic cosmetics and personal care manufacturer. The acquisition adds organic and anhydrous formulation capabilities to Cosmetic Solutions' offering; Cosmetic Solutions is PE-backed with investment from funds managed by Lee Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
