Media & Entertainment Acquisitions in Louisiana

Curated Events, a luxury tent, event rental and decor company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, has acquired See-Hear Productions, a scenic production firm based in Covington, Louisiana. The acquisition adds custom scenic design, premium draping, audio-visual production, lighting, and fabrication capabilities to Curated Events and strengthens its national reach and regional leadership.

Accel Entertainment completed the acquisition of an 85% ownership interest in Toucan Gaming, LLC and LSM Gaming, LLC (collectively "Toucan") for approximately $40 million. The deal expands Accel's footprint into Louisiana — adding 13 truck stop locations (450 terminals) and 60 three-machine locations (180 terminals) — and leaves Stan Guidroz with a 15% interest as CEO to lead the combined business.

Vector Media, a portfolio company of Spire Capital, has acquired Laurel Outdoor, the exclusive municipal transit advertising partner for New Orleans and surrounding parishes. The deal adds over 160 buses, 60 streetcars and roughly 640 bus shelter panels (with more panels under development) to Vector's out-of-home inventory as part of a continued roll-up and geographic expansion strategy.

Marcus Theatres, a division of The Marcus Corporation, completed the acquisition of Movie Tavern's assets from VSS-Southern Theatres. The deal adds Movie Tavern's dine-in cinema circuit (22 locations across nine states) to Marcus' portfolio, expanding its geographic footprint and dine-in capability.
