Oil & Gas Acquisitions in 2016

CIRCOR International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Critical Flow Solutions (CFS) for $210 million. CFS, a Salt Lake City–based manufacturer of severe-service valves and automation equipment for petroleum refineries with approximately 200 employees, will expand CIRCOR's presence in downstream refining and increase exposure to high-margin aftermarket sales.

World Fuel Services Corporation completed the acquisitions of PAPCO, Inc. (Virginia Beach, VA) and Associated Petroleum Products, Inc. (Tacoma, WA). The acquisitions expand World Fuel's commercial and industrial fuel distribution capabilities and regional footprint across the United States, adding significant revenue and employee bases to its land segment operations.
