LaunchPad Home Group, a PE-backed national home inspection platform, acquired Scott Home Services (Berthoud, CO) to strengthen its Colorado footprint and purchased Attik Field Solutions, a field-service inspection software platform, to accelerate digital transformation across its portfolio. The deals expand LaunchPad’s service capacity in Denver/Boulder/Fort Collins and integrate Attik’s inspection-to-repair workflow to streamline repair estimates and scheduling nationwide.

Amplēo, a PE-backed provider of fractional executive services, has acquired AVL Growth Partners, a Boulder-based fractional finance and accounting firm. The deal expands Amplēo's national footprint, doubles its finance and accounting capability, and strengthens its presence in the Colorado market as part of an accelerated add-on acquisition strategy backed by Unity Partners.

Sound Growth Partners (SGP) completed a majority recapitalization of BARS, LLC (The BARS Program) on June 18, 2025, providing all capital through its One-Stop Buyout structure. BARS, a Lakewood, Colorado-based provider of in-store ID check and compliance services for convenience and grocery stores across the U.S. and Canada, will continue to be led by existing management including David Gaudet and Richard Wright.

Raincatcher reported it closed a range of sell-side transactions in Q1 2025 across sectors including construction, food and hospitality, property rental management, and SaaS. The firm said each marketed engagement attracted more than 10 serious offers on average, with sellers comprised of privately held founders and family-owned enterprises and buyers including strategic acquirers and private equity groups.

Populous has acquired Denver-based Fentress Architects, bringing the award-winning firm's aviation, civic and public architecture expertise into Populous' global portfolio. Fentress will rebrand as Fentress Studios, a Populous Company, and continue operating studios in Denver and Washington, D.C., enhancing Populous' capabilities in aviation, transportation and public-sector design.

PrestigePEO has acquired Concurrent HRO, a Colorado-based Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO). The deal expands PrestigePEO's national footprint—strengthening its presence in the Midwest and Mountain regions—and provides Concurrent HRO clients and brokers access to enhanced HR technology, benefits, and compliance resources while keeping the existing team in place.

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture has acquired Colorado-based Russell + Mills Studios to expand its landscape architecture, urban design, and master planning capabilities across the Rocky Mountain region. The acquisition strengthens RVi’s local presence in Colorado (Fort Collins and Denver) and broadens its public- and private-project capacity; terms were not disclosed.

Argo Translation, headquartered in Glenview, Illinois, has acquired Global Accent Translation Services of Fort Collins, Colorado. The acquisition expands Argo's capabilities and market reach—particularly in market research and outdoor goods translation—and will integrate Global Accent staff and relationships into Argo's technology-enabled translation platform.

Flexpoint Ford has agreed to make a majority investment in Accuserve Solutions, a Denver-based managed repair and home services platform. Aquiline Capital Partners will remain a significant minority shareholder as the partnership aims to accelerate Accuserve’s growth, expand contractor networks, pursue strategic acquisitions, and enhance the company’s technology and analytics capabilities.

The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) has acquired Modern Distribution Management (MDM), a specialist research, publishing and events provider for the wholesale distribution industry. The purchase integrates MDM's data, analytics, editorial and event capabilities into NAW to deepen member resources and industry thought leadership.

The Riverside Company has added Miracle Method, a leading U.S. franchised provider of bath and kitchen refinishing services, as an add-on to its Threshold Brands platform. The acquisition expands Threshold Brands' home-service offerings and provides opportunities to grow franchise footprint, enter new geographies and deepen commercial relationships.

LaunchPad Home Group, backed by private equity firm RFE Investment Partners, has acquired Axium Inspections and ListingPro by Axium of Denver, Colorado. Axium will become LaunchPad's Colorado hub and expand the platform's national capabilities; Axium owner Wade Williamson will join LaunchPad as Chief Business Development Officer.

InVisory, a New York–based cloud advisory marketplace for the Salesforce AppExchange, has acquired GTM Guides, a go-to-market enablement company for the Salesforce ecosystem. The acquisition will integrate GTM Guides' templates and go-to-market deliverables into InVisory's data-driven marketplace to help ISVs and certified consulting firms increase lead generation and better align with target customers; terms were not disclosed.

Collectors Universe has acquired Wata Games, the leading video game grading and authentication service, marking the company's first major expansion beyond trading cards, sports memorabilia and coins. Wata will continue to operate as a standalone business under existing leadership as Collectors Universe seeks to expand into the video game collectibles market.

Texas-headquartered UBEO Business Services has acquired United Reprographic Supply, Inc., a Centennial, Colorado-based provider of large-format printing and document solutions. The acquisition expands UBEO's geographic footprint into the Rocky Mountain region and adds large-format plotter expertise to its national document-technology platform.

Confluence, a national landscape architecture, planning and urban design firm, has acquired Denver-based studioINSITE. The deal expands Confluence’s presence in the Rocky Mountain region and integrates studioINSITE’s nine-person team into Confluence’s multi-office platform to increase local capacity and project capabilities.

NatureTrak, a Sacramento-based provider of enterprise risk management software for cannabis banking, has acquired Copacetic Strategies, a Colorado-based compliance and AML advisory firm that assists financial institutions with cannabis banking programs. The acquisition expands NatureTrak's compliance, risk mitigation and transaction verification capabilities to better support banks and other financial institutions serving the cannabis industry.

G&A Partners, a Houston-based professional employer organization (PEO), has acquired Ignite PEO Services, LLC, a Denver-based PEO and HR outsourcing provider. The deal expands G&A Partners' presence in Colorado and adds Ignite's client accounts and client-facing employees to G&A's operations.

White Wolf Capital has recapitalized Temporary Housing Directory (THD), partnering with founder Teresa Vidger to support THD's growth and technology investments. The transaction provides THD with additional capital and resources to accelerate organic growth and M&A initiatives while maintaining the company's high-touch service model for insurance and corporate relocation clients.

Auctus Group, Inc., through its affiliate Auctus Search Partners, LLC, has acquired KLG Consultants, LLC, a Greenwood Village, Colorado-based talent acquisition and talent development firm. The deal expands Auctus's recruiting and professional services capabilities—adding executive search, leadership development and outsourced CFO/COO/HR solutions to its existing financial services recruiting and M&A advisory offerings.
