Retail Acquisitions in Idaho

BoardCo has acquired Mark's Marine Inc., a long-standing boat dealership in Hayden, Idaho. Aaron Thykeson will remain as partner and president while owners Merlin and Karen Thykeson retire; the acquisition expands BoardCo's dealer footprint in North Idaho.

Kimco Realty sold 11.5 million of its 39.8 million shares in Albertsons Companies, generating net proceeds of approximately $301.1 million following the Kroger‑Albertsons merger announcement. Kimco retains 28.3 million Albertsons shares, agreed to a lock-up on roughly 28 million shares for up to seven months, and noted that the merger consideration includes a $6.85 per‑share special cash dividend.

RV Retailer, LLC announced the acquisition of Blue Dog RV, a 12-store recreational vehicle dealer network headquartered in Post Falls, Idaho. The deal expands RV Retailer's footprint into seven new states and will add over 400 Blue Dog associates to RV Retailer's nationwide store network of approximately 70 locations.

WellBiz Brands, Inc. has acquired the LunchboxWax brand, adding the waxing salon chain (49 locations) as the franchisor and its fifth concept in the company's beauty and wellness portfolio. The deal expands WellBiz's multi-brand franchising platform and brings LunchboxWax founder Debi Lane on as a strategic advisor during the transition.
