Acquisitions in Arizona in 2017

Tenex Capital Management has acquired Team Select Home Care, a Phoenix-based provider of post-acute home healthcare services that operates seven offices across Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma and Missouri. Team Select offers Medicare home health, pediatric/long-term private duty nursing, mobile outpatient therapy and CNA training supported by a proprietary data analytics and technology platform; Dinan Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Team Select and its shareholders.

Catapult Learning has acquired Desert Heights Academy (DHA), a Phoenix-area special education provider that enrolls more than 250 students. DHA will join Catapult Learning’s Schools Group as the organization expands its special education footprint in Arizona.

NexusTek, a Denver-area IT services and consulting firm, acquired Phoenix-based CyberTrails from Republic Financial Corporation to expand its regional footprint and technical capabilities. The deal establishes a Phoenix office and augments NexusTek's onsite and remote IT support, help desk and NOC capabilities to better serve SMB clients in the Western United States.

ParkerGale Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm, has acquired Ipro Tech, a developer of advanced eDiscovery software solutions. Terms were not disclosed; ParkerGale plans increased investment in Ipro’s Automated Digital Discovery (ADD) platform, product expansion, and board-level support including appointment of Mike Suchsland.

One Equity Partners' portfolio company The W.W. Williams Company, LLC has acquired Desert Fleet-Serv Inc., a Phoenix-based mobile provider of onsite maintenance and repair services for diesel trucks and trailers. The tuck-in expands W.W. Williams' fleet maintenance capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Phoenix metropolitan market; financial terms were not disclosed.
