Acquisitions in Missouri in 2017

A.C.T Lighting, Inc. has acquired RHC Holdings Corporation (RapcoHorizon), a Jackson, Missouri–based manufacturer of audio, data and specialty industrial wire and interconnect assemblies. The acquisition brings RapcoHorizon’s branded product portfolio (including ProCo, RAT, RoadHog and StageMASTER) into A.C.T’s entertainment-technology product and service offering to expand capabilities and product range for live-production and audio markets.

American Outdoor Brands Corporation (through its accessories business, Battenfeld Technologies, Inc.) agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets of Fish Tales, LLC, including the Bubba Blade premium knife brand. The deal will be funded with cash on hand, is expected to close in summer 2017, and AOBC will transition the Bubba Blade business to its Columbia, Missouri facility to integrate into its accessories segment.

NFP Corp. has acquired Valued Pharmacy Services of the Midwest, Inc. and Healthcare Coalition for the Uninsured, LLC (collectively, VPS), a Chesterfield, Missouri–based pharmacy benefit management consulting firm. The acquisition, which closed December 29, 2016, expands NFP's pharmacy benefit management consulting capabilities and enhances its employee benefits consulting offering.
