Acquisitions in Montana in 2020

Trinity Hunt Partners acquired a majority stake in Dayspring Restoration, a Missoula, Montana-based provider of restoration, mitigation and renovation services. Trinity Hunt will partner with Dayspring management (with President Mark Springer remaining a significant shareholder) to scale the business as the first investment in a broader Restoration Services platform focused on regional expansion and add-on M&A.

Kelley Connect, a Seattle-based office technology and IT services provider, has acquired Montana-based J&H, Inc., which operates offices in Bozeman, Billings, Missoula and Kalispell. The deal expands Kelley Connect's Montana footprint and adds J&H employees to its team, bringing Kelley Connect to 29 offices and 279 employees across five states. All J&H employees are part of the transition plan and Kelley Connect said it will hire additional staff to implement new offerings in the region.

CACI International Inc. has acquired Ascent Vision Technologies (AVT), a provider of gyro‑stabilized EO/IR imaging systems and counter‑UAS solutions. The acquisition augments CACI's ISR, electronic warfare and system integration capabilities, expanding its offerings for U.S. military and international defense customers.

Addus HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: ADUS) completed the acquisition of A Plus Health Care, Inc., a Kalispell, Montana-based provider of personal care, private duty nursing, care management and medical staffing. The deal, funded with cash on hand and closed July 1, 2020, expands Addus's presence in Montana and adds approximately 650 employees and $10.4 million of 2019 revenue to its operations.

ASB Sports, an affiliate of Trivest Partners, acquired the team sports division of Universal Athletic, headquartered in Bozeman, Montana. The deal expands ASB's nationwide sales coverage, brings management talent into the combined business (with Universal executives joining and investing), and leaves Universal Athletic's retail stores as a separately operated business.

InterClean Equipment, headquartered in Ypsilanti, Michigan, has acquired Modern Wash Systems and Solutions of Polson, Montana. The acquisition adds automatic interior-trailer wash machines and related sanitation technology to InterClean’s product lineup, supporting compliance with FDA rules for food transporters and expanding the company’s offerings to transportation and food-processing customers.
