Acquisitions in Oregon in 2016

Butler Home Products, a division of Bradshaw International, has acquired Clean Ones Corp., a Portland, Oregon-based household glove company. Clean Ones will retain its name and Portland office and will be marketed as a brand within the Butler portfolio to expand Butler's market share and product offering in gloves across national retail channels.

Celadon Group, a publicly traded North American trucking and logistics company, has acquired Distribution, Inc., d.b.a. FTL, a regional trucking/transportation provider owned by Todd Harman. The deal is positioned to expand Celadon’s geographic footprint and trucking capabilities by integrating FTL’s management team and customer relationships into Celadon’s network.
