Acquisitions in Wyoming in 2020

VA Claims Insider, a Texas-based veteran-focused education and coaching business, has acquired HireVeterans.com, a veteran job board founded in 2003. The acquisition brings HireVeterans.com's job-matching capabilities and listings into VA Claims Insider's platform to expand career-placement services for transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses.

Microsoft has acquired ADRM Software, a provider of large-scale, industry-specific data models, to integrate ADRM’s industry data models into Microsoft Azure and accelerate customers’ data and AI initiatives. The ADRM team will join Microsoft to help deliver intelligent data lakes, improve data governance, and speed digital transformation for enterprise customers.

Coastal Television Broadcasting Holdings LLC acquired television stations controlled by Wyoming Media Group (WMG) in the Cheyenne and Casper, Wyoming markets. Capital Southwest led the financing for the transaction (with Main Street Capital as a co-investor) by providing term loans and a revolving credit facility to support the acquisition and ongoing operations.

Alpine Air Express, a Provo-based regional air-cargo operator and portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, acquired 27 aircraft and associated engines, propellers, spare parts and ground support equipment from Great Lakes Airlines. The purchase expands Alpine’s fleet, maintenance support and spare-parts availability and will allow conversion of the Beech 1900D aircraft into cargo configuration using Alpine’s supplemental type certificate (STC). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The GLI Group acquired Public Knowledge, LLC, a national management consulting firm serving government agencies, to expand and complement GLI's government consulting capabilities. Public Knowledge will continue to operate under its brand and will leverage GLI's infrastructure to scale support for health and human services clients.
