InnoCaption has acquired CaptionMate, expanding its mobile call-captioning footprint and multilingual capabilities. CaptionMate will operate as a standalone service supported by InnoCaption's engineering and customer-service teams, with CaptionMate founder Beryl Bucher serving in a temporary advisory role.

WorldVue Connect, LLC has signed an agreement to acquire a minority ownership stake in Cabling Solutions, LLC, a Murfreesboro, Tennessee-based designer and installer of structured cabling and fiber-optic infrastructure for the hospitality sector. The transaction establishes a funding vehicle to scale Cabling Solutions' project capacity while preserving the company's autonomy and integrating it with the WorldVue operating platform.

NextPlat Corp (NASDAQ: NXPL) agreed to acquire Outfitter Satellite Inc., a Nashville-based seller of satellite connectivity products and services, in an all-cash transaction expected to close April 1, 2024. The acquisition expands NextPlat’s North American technology e‑commerce business, is expected to more than double its North American product sales and recurring revenue, and will integrate Outfitter’s operations and warehousing onto NextPlat’s global e‑commerce platform.

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) has acquired Communications Services, Inc. (CSI), a Motorola service shop based in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The acquisition expands MCA’s service footprint and capabilities in Tennessee, bringing CSI’s local wireless-communications expertise into MCA’s national portfolio.

Zetron has acquired GeoConex Corporation, a developer and integrator of public safety and homeland security communications systems, making GeoConex a wholly owned division. The acquisition, disclosed by Zetron's parent Codan Limited on the ASX, expands Zetron's computer-aided dispatch, integration, development and support capabilities across mission-critical communications and homeland security markets.

Zayo Group Holdings has completed the acquisition of Education Networks of America (ENA), a Nashville-based provider of managed network connectivity, communications and cybersecurity services serving K-12 schools and other public sector customers. ENA, previously owned by private equity firm ZMC, will combine with Zayo’s fiber network to expand Zayo’s public-sector offerings and deepen services to education, library and community healthcare customers across the U.S.

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has acquired a 100% ownership interest in Tower Ventures Holdings, LLC and related entities, gaining ownership of 197 wireless communication towers across the United States. The deal — terms confidential — expands PTI's U.S. tower portfolio ahead of 5G deployments; Tower Ventures is a Memphis, Tennessee–based tower operator previously owned by its management team with an investment from BBH Capital Partners.
