NextPlat Corp (NASDAQ: NXPL) announced it completed a merger and reorganization pursuant to which Progressive Care Inc. became a wholly‑owned subsidiary and Progressive Care common stock ceased trading on the OTCQB. The combined company will operate a unified platform focused on expanding healthcare services, pharmacy/data management and e‑commerce offerings across domestic and global markets.

Platinum Equity Acquires Anuvu

Network Innovations Acquires Infosat Communications from Telesat

The acquisition adds Infosat’s remote connectivity expertise (including maritime and enterprise services) to Network Innovations’ global technology integration capabilities and will be closed in phases pending regulatory approvals.

EarthLink Acquires Nextera Communications

Scaleworks Acquires Nextopia

The deal is being treated as an add-on to Scaleworks' portfolio (complementing SearchSpring), with SearchSpring CEO Peter Messana set to lead Nextopia and accelerate product innovation and go-to-market for e-commerce and DTC merchants.
