GetixHealth, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has completed the acquisition of Americollect, a Manitowoc, Wisconsin-based provider of patient engagement solutions. The deal expands GetixHealth's revenue cycle management (RCM) capabilities and patient financial engagement offerings, with H.I.G. supporting continued investment in technology and scalable operations.
H.I.G. Capital (through an affiliate) completed the acquisition of Celerion Holdings, Inc., a global clinical research organization headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska.
