MSQ (via its MSQ DX digital experience division) has acquired Arke, an 80-person digital experience company headquartered in Atlanta with a delivery hub in Florianópolis, Brazil. The acquisition strengthens MSQ DX’s North American footprint, adds capabilities across UX, engineering and martech, and integrates Arke’s founder Eric Stoll into MSQ DX leadership.
MSQ has acquired United Digital Group (UDG), a €40m-revenue, 350-strong German digital customer experience agency, to build a pan‑European digital customer experience and tech powerhouse. The deal, which adds UDG's design, engineering and technical delivery capabilities to MSQ's global network, is part of MSQ's PE-backed growth strategy supported by One Equity Partners and LDC; UDG was previously part of PIA Group (owned by Equistone).
London-based MSQ has acquired New York-based creative agency SPCSHP (formerly Big Spaceship), adding roughly 140 employees and more than doubling MSQ's U.S. presence and North American revenues to $100 million. The deal, backed by private equity partners One Equity Partners and LDC, expands MSQ's capabilities and scale in North America and integrates SPCSHP into MSQ's global network of creative, media and technology agencies.
MSQ, the LDC-backed UK marketing and technology group, has acquired Miri Growth, a specialist user acquisition and creative services agency. The business will retain its name and management, and MSQ said the deal will deepen its mobile app and user-acquisition capabilities while supporting Miri’s international growth.
MSQ, the international marketing group backed by private equity partner LDC, has acquired Elmwood and merged it with its Holmes & Marchant agency to create a global design and brand experience powerhouse. The combined Elmwood will operate across hubs in London, New York, Shanghai and Singapore, expanding MSQ's design capabilities and geographic footprint to better serve large consumer and healthcare clients.
MSQ Partners, backed by private equity firm LDC, has acquired creative production studio Brave Spark for an undisclosed sum. Brave Spark — a London-based video, post-production, animation and creative technology studio with c.20 employees — will sit within MSQ’s London hub and expand the group’s content, technology and dynamic creative capabilities globally.
Jellyfish acquired five specialist digital businesses—Seelk, Splash (Splash Worldwide), Quill, Webedia Brand Services and Data Runs Deep—to expand its global footprint and add e-commerce, content, data and localization capabilities. The deal accelerates Jellyfish's geographic expansion (notably into Australia and Latin America) and broadens its service offerings for enterprise clients.
MSQ Partners, backed by LDC, has acquired Be Heard Partnership in a public-to-private transaction that values the business at an enterprise value of £20.6 million. The add-on expands MSQ's multi-disciplinary capabilities—particularly in tech and data analytics—and creates a combined global workforce of approximately 785 people.
