Oakley Capital is acquiring a majority stake in XTEL, a revenue management and trade promotion software platform for consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. The deal is being purchased from existing shareholders Bain Capital and SilverTree Equity, with XTEL continuing to be led by CEO Rob Mullen.
Oakley Capital has agreed to invest in Groupe Senef, a French provider of cloud vertical software solutions for people-intensive services businesses. As part of the transaction, Isatis Capital, a minority shareholder since 2023, is fully exiting its stake.
