The acquisition is intended to expand AutoManager’s integrated platform by digitizing, organizing, and retrieving dealership records to improve efficiency, audit readiness, and regulatory or OEM compliance.
AutoManager Acquisition, Inc., a Beekman-backed provider of dealer management software, has acquired EverLogic, Inc., a Jacksonville-based provider of dealer management software for RV, trailer, and powersports dealerships.
