Logistics & Distribution Add-on Acquisitions in 2026

CargoSprint, a Lone View Capital-backed port and freight logistics technology company, has acquired Dray Dog, a drayage software platform that helps drayage operators plan appointments and match capacity. The deal is an add-on to CargoSprint's platform to expand its landside execution capabilities and deepen services for motor carriers and port communities.

Diverse Logistics and Pulse Final Mile, both portfolio companies of Argosy Private Equity, have completed a merger to form a national, non-asset-based final-mile logistics platform focused on big-and-bulky white-glove delivery and installation. The combined company supports over 850 third-party contract carriers operating from 111 customer distribution centers and runs 15 warehousing/cross-dock facilities to serve retailers and OEMs across the United States.

Rinchem Company, LLC has announced a combination with Dupré Logistics, L.L.C., bringing Dupré’s regional transportation, private fleet and capacity brokerage capabilities into Rinchem’s global chemical and gas logistics platform. The transaction is accompanied by a new-money financing package that includes approximately $100 million of lender investment and amendments to Rinchem’s existing credit facilities; financial terms for the combination were not disclosed.

Vector has acquired YardView, a yard management and dock visibility provider, to integrate YardView’s real-time yard tracking with Vector’s e-BOL and workflow platform. The deal — enabled through Vector’s partnership with BVP Forge — aims to close visibility gaps during custody transfers, expand capabilities across gate/yard/dock/document workflows, and retain YardView leadership in advisory and operational roles.

RD Last Mile Holdings, LLC (doing business as ADL Final Mile) has acquired Xcel Delivery Services, a Tucson-based final mile and customized logistics provider operating in Arizona and the Southwestern U.S. The deal — backed by Red Dog Equity, Monroe Capital and The Pritzker Organization — brings Xcel's leadership into ADL's Southwest network to expand capacity and service capabilities.

SeaCube Cold Solutions, backed by SeaCube Container Leasing, has acquired Martin Container to strengthen SeaCube's West Coast presence and expand its national portable cold storage network. The deal integrates Martin's near-50-year regional operations and customer relationships into SeaCube's depot and transportation platform, improving delivery speed, capacity, and digital monitoring capabilities for refrigerated storage customers.

DIETL, a fine art logistics business under The Rock-It Company, has acquired Delaware Freeport, Delaware National Art Company (DNA), Techno Export, and Registrar Technologies to expand its specialized storage, handling, customs brokerage and technology capabilities across key U.S. art markets. The acquisitions add secure, climate-controlled storage (including a US fine-art foreign trade zone), regional transportation/crating services, licensed customs brokerage and technology-enabled logistics tools to DIETL's platform.
