Automotive Acquisitions in Oklahoma

Bell Camper Sales, a family-owned RV dealership founded in 1967, has acquired Tulsa RV & Marine in Catoosa, Oklahoma from Craig and Viktoriya Goldrich. Performance Brokerage Services served as the exclusive sell-side advisor; the location will be renamed Bell Camper Sales of Tulsa and the Goldrichs will continue to operate Joplin RV & Marine.

Big Brand Tire & Service, a Percheron Capital portfolio company, has acquired Robertson Tire’s 14 locations in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The Robertson family will remain involved in leadership as Big Brand integrates Robertson’s service centers to expand its multi-state footprint (Percheron noted the company also acquired Tires To You in the same expansion push).

RV Retailer, LLC (RVR) has acquired Floyd's RV, adding two Oklahoma locations in the Norman (Oklahoma City market) and Glenpool (Tulsa market) areas and expanding RVR's store count to 99. The acquisition provides RVR entry into Oklahoma and brings Floyd's employees into RVR; the Floyd family is noted as the selling party.

Fellers, together with Interwest Distribution Company, has acquired DigiCut, LLC, a Tulsa-based provider of film-cutting software and template libraries for automotive paint protection and window film. The acquisition brings DigiCut's software and large template library into Fellers' distribution footprint to improve installer efficiency and expand service offerings.

National Auto Care (NAC) has acquired Mojo Consulting LLC, an Oklahoma City-based finance & insurance (F&I) agency serving auto, RV, and powersports dealers. The deal expands NAC's presence in the Midwest and strengthens its F&I sales and training capabilities, with Mojo's founder Adam Hawthorne remaining in an operational role.

The Boyd Group Inc. has acquired Collision Works of Oklahoma, LLC, a 35-location full-service collision repair operator across three Midwestern states. Harris Williams advised Collision Works on the sale; the acquisition expands Boyd Group’s U.S. footprint and capabilities in the collision repair aftermarket.

Air Lift Company has acquired Flo Airride Mfg., an Oklahoma-based manufacturer of air tanks for the lowered truck market. Operations and production will be moved to Air Lift’s Lansing, Michigan headquarters, Flo Airride founder Mike Alexander joins Air Lift Performance as Brand Manager, and Air Lift also gained rights to Slam'd Magazine.
