Building Products Acquisitions in Nebraska

GarageCo, a national garage door platform backed by Gridiron Capital, has acquired Omaha Door & Window, a long-established residential and commercial garage door and window dealer based in Omaha, Nebraska. The deal is an add-on to GarageCo's platform and will allow Omaha Door & Window to retain its local brand while gaining access to GarageCo's marketing, technology and operational resources.

White Cap has acquired TOOFast Supply, a supplier of professional-grade tools and fasteners with four locations in Nebraska that serves commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential end markets. The deal, from owner Roger Kontor, expands White Cap's Central region footprint and adds local capacity and customer relationships for professional contractors.

Beacon Roofing Supply (Beacon) completed the acquisition of General Siding Supply, a Midwest building-products distributor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, adding five branches across Nebraska, Iowa and North Dakota. The purchase expands Beacon's branch footprint in key Midwest markets and deepens its siding, windows and doors offering while bringing General Siding customers access to Beacon's Beacon PRO+ digital ordering platform.

SRS Distribution, Inc. has acquired W.E.B., Inc., which does business as Contractors Siding, Windows & Roofing Supply, an Omaha-based building products distributor with locations across Nebraska and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as the sell-side advisor; terms were not disclosed.

Beacon Roofing Supply (NASDAQ: BECN) has acquired RCI Roofing Supply Company, Inc., a family-owned wholesale distributor of residential and non-residential roofing and building supply products. Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as the sell-side advisor representing the Lynch family in the transaction, which Beacon says will broaden its product offering and customer reach in the building-products distribution market.
