The investment will back Team ITG’s international expansion—particularly into the United States—and support scaling of its CanopyCloud martech platform alongside its creative and marketing services operations; Team ITG is headquartered in Birmingham, UK and employs over 1,000 people.

TransPerfect Acquires Blu Digital Group
