Palatine's buy-out fund has invested in Liverpool-headquartered digital transformation services provider Bluprintx, backing the company's buy-and-build growth strategy. With Palatine's backing, Bluprintx has completed the acquisition of commerce specialist ITG Commerce (operations in the US and Hungary), adding commerce capabilities and taking the group to more than 140 employees globally.

The acquisition brings CloudIO's pre-built application framework and marquee customer relationships into Xoriant to accelerate the company's digital transformation offerings.

Qlik Acquires Blendr.io

Qlik has acquired Blendr.io, an embedded integration and automation (iPaaS) platform, to add real-time connectivity and process automation across 500+ SaaS applications into Qlik’s cloud data and analytics platform. The Blendr.io team and technology will be integrated into Qlik’s product and go-to-market efforts to expand Active Intelligence capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Bedford Consulting Acquires Blooprint

PrimePay Acquires Assets of Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc.

PrimePay, LLC acquired the assets of Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc. (IOI) following IOI’s August 2019 bankruptcy filing; the purchase (approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court) included IOI’s client base, employees, intellectual property and a portion of physical property. PrimePay will onboard IOI’s clients and staff and integrate IOI’s payroll and HR capabilities into its nationwide services offering.
