(KOSDAQ: 140860) has acquired Lyncée Tec SA, a Swiss developer and manufacturer of Digital Holographic Microscopes (DHM), to expand its optical metrology and nanometrology offerings. Park Systems plans to integrate Lyncée Tec’s DHM technology into its AFM platform and develop a fully automated DHM system targeting semiconductor applications, particularly advanced packaging.
