Lucen co-founders Manoj Narayanan and Cynthia Williamson join Crosslake as managing directors to expand Crosslake's product and software value-creation capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Tescan Group Acquires FemtoInnovations

Park Systems Corp. Acquires Lyncée Tec SA

(KOSDAQ: 140860) has acquired Lyncée Tec SA, a Swiss developer and manufacturer of Digital Holographic Microscopes (DHM), to expand its optical metrology and nanometrology offerings. Park Systems plans to integrate Lyncée Tec’s DHM technology into its AFM platform and develop a fully automated DHM system targeting semiconductor applications, particularly advanced packaging.

Microsoft Acquires Lumenisity
