William H. Kopke Jr. Inc. has acquired the operations of Safco of America in Visalia, California, and the R B Sandrini cold storage facility in Delano, California to expand its West Coast footprint. Kopke plans to convert the Sandrini facility into a refrigerated distribution center (KDC West) and integrate Safco’s grape, citrus and cherry supply to enhance its year‑round product offerings and distribution capabilities.
