Amsterdam-headquartered MessageBird has acquired London-based real-time web technologies company Pusher for $35 million. The acquisition brings Pusher's 25-person team and real-time in-app messaging, push notifications and developer-facing APIs into MessageBird to expand its omnichannel communications platform.

TopSource Worldwide Acquires Blueback Global

The deal brings Blueback founder Arden Ng and his team into TopSource, expands service delivery locations (US, Nicaragua, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea) and adds entity services to TopSource's platform, creating a combined business serving ~1,600 clients across 90+ markets.

Twitter Acquires Squad

Infobip Acquires OpenMarket from Amdocs for ~$300M

Infobip has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire OpenMarket from Amdocs for approximately $300 million. The deal combines OpenMarket's U.S. mobile messaging scale with Infobip's global footprint, creating a cloud communications player with a combined revenue run-rate above $1 billion and the ability to process more than 14 billion customer interactions per month.
