Interparfums Acquires Goutal Brand IP from Amorepacific Europe

Interparfums, Inc. announced that its subsidiary Interparfums SA has acquired all worldwide intellectual property rights relating to Maison Goutal from Amorepacific Europe. Amorepacific Europe will continue to operate the Goutal brand under a time-limited license while Interparfums SA will assume development of the brand from 2026; annual Goutal sales have historically been about $10–12 million.

Advent International Acquires Significant Stake in Imperial Dade from Bain Capital

Advent International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a significant stake in Imperial Dade, the leading North American distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, from Bain Capital Private Equity. Bain Capital will retain board governance and remain a significant investor alongside the Tillis family and Audax, while Imperial Dade will continue to be led by Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis; financial terms were not disclosed.

Advent International Acquires Sauer Brands from Falfurrias Capital Partners

Advent International has completed its acquisition of Sauer Brands Inc., a portfolio of condiments and seasonings brands including Duke's Mayo, Kernel Season's and Mateo's Gourmet Salsa, from Falfurrias Capital Partners. As part of the close, E. Yuri Hermida was appointed CEO and the deal positions Advent to support Sauer Brands' next phase of growth across retail and away-from-home channels.

Inter Parfums Acquires Salvatore Ferragamo Fragrance Business and License

Inter Parfums, Inc. has completed its agreement with Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. to acquire the Ferragamo fragrance business and become the exclusive worldwide licensee for Ferragamo perfumes under a 10-year license with a 5-year option. Inter Parfums will operate the fragrance business through a wholly-owned Italian company based in Florence, with production and management conducted in Italy, and many Ferragamo fragrance employees joining Inter Parfums to support growth in key markets such as China and North America.
