Interparfums Acquires Goutal Brand IP from Amorepacific Europe

Interparfums, Inc. announced that its subsidiary Interparfums SA has acquired all worldwide intellectual property rights relating to Maison Goutal from Amorepacific Europe. Amorepacific Europe will continue to operate the Goutal brand under a time-limited license while Interparfums SA will assume development of the brand from 2026; annual Goutal sales have historically been about $10–12 million.

The deal includes Doucy's production facility in Fernelmont, Belgium (sales of $5 million in 2024); Turpaz said the acquisition strengthens its sweet-flavours portfolio and Western European presence and was financed with bank debt.
