Boyne Capital Acquires McKee Utility Contractors

Boyne Capital (through an affiliate) has partnered with McKee Utility Contractors' management and founding family in a platform investment to acquire McKee Utility Contractors, a water and sewer pipeline and utility infrastructure services provider. The investment will support McKee's growth across municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas and help the company capitalize on increased public water/sewer infrastructure spending.

Boyne Capital Acquires AC Business Media

Boyne Capital has partnered with management to acquire AC Business Media, a Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin–based business-to-business media and business intelligence company, purchasing a majority stake from prior owners Anil Narang and Carl Wistreich (who remain minority owners). Boyne will work with new CEO Barry Lovette and the existing management team to invest in products and capabilities and expand AC Business Media's audience across its portfolio of digital properties, trade shows, magazines, webinars and data-driven marketing offerings.

Boyne Capital and Breakwater North Acquire Majority Stake in Sonic Systems International

Boyne Capital and Breakwater North (via an affiliate of Breakwater North LLC), with debt and co-investment support from Main Street Capital Corporation, acquired a majority stake in Sonic Systems International, a Wilmington, North Carolina–based provider of mission-critical services to the commercial nuclear power industry. The investors intend to expand Sonic’s service offerings and capitalize on renewed growth in the nuclear power sector.
