HCI Equity Partners made a majority investment in Custom Lawn Care, Inc., a family-owned lawn care and pest control services provider based in Butler, Pennsylvania. The deal is the second add-on to HCI's lawn care treatment platform (which includes Grasshopper Lawns, Inc.) and expands the platform's presence into the Pittsburgh metro; founders Rick and Robb Ritenour will remain to run day-to-day operations.
