LawnPRO Partners, a residential lawn-care platform backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Highest Quality Lawn & Pest, a Manchester, New Hampshire-based provider of lawn treatment, tree/shrub and pest control services. The deal — LawnPRO's seventh acquisition — expands the platform into New Hampshire and continues HCI's buildout of the LawnPRO regional platform; financial terms were not disclosed and the founder Matthew Scott will remain running day-to-day operations.

HCI Equity Partners Invests in Custom Lawn Care, Inc.

The deal is the second add-on to HCI's lawn care treatment platform (which includes Grasshopper Lawns, Inc.) and expands the platform's presence into the Pittsburgh metro; founders Rick and Robb Ritenour will remain to run day-to-day operations.
