CGR Products Acquires Custom Tape Company

Greensboro-based fabricator CGR Products has acquired Custom Tape Company, a tape converter headquartered in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The deal expands CGR's geographic footprint and converting capabilities; the combined business will employ more than 140 people across four states, and Custom Tape's president Jeff Gilberg will remain with the company.

Sur-Seal Acquires Ameritape

Duraco Specialty Tapes Acquires Infinity Tapes
