Duraco Specialty Tapes, a portfolio company of OpenGate Capital, has acquired Infinity Tapes from a private seller. Infinity Tapes, headquartered in Lawrence, Massachusetts with ~45 employees, will operate as a division of Duraco to expand its product offering in transit packaging and industrial end markets.

Zone Enterprises Acquires Can-Do National Tape from High Street Capital

Zone Enterprises, a St. Louis-based custom engineered sealing and gasketing manufacturer, has acquired Can-Do National Tape (CDNT), a Nashville-based converter and distributor of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and related materials. The acquisition—purchased from private equity owner High Street Capital—expands Zone's product offering, converting capabilities and North American manufacturing footprint.

OptiGroup Acquires Technotape B.V.

OptiGroup, a European distribution group based in Gothenburg, Sweden, has acquired Technotape B.V., a Dutch distributor of self-adhesive tapes and stretch films. Technotape will join OptiGroup's packaging business in the Netherlands and continue to operate under its current brand; the purchase price was not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Anderson & Vreeland's vertical manufacturing and product portfolio for flexographic printing consumables and strengthens its offerings across multiple printing and packaging end markets.

PaperWorks Industries Acquires Color Craft Graphic Arts

PaperWorks Industries Inc. has acquired Color Craft Graphic Arts, a folding carton manufacturer founded in 1929 and based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Color Craft was a portfolio company of First Capital Partners and was advised by Mesirow; the acquisition adds ~120 employees and expands PaperWorks' integrated folding carton network and mill alignment across North America.

Clearlake Capital Acquires Intertape Polymer Group

Clearlake Capital Group completed its acquisition of Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) for CAD$40.50 per share, taking the company private after shareholder approval. Clearlake said it will support IPG's sustainability initiatives, product and capability expansion, and global growth through its O.P.S. operational improvement approach.
