The Kimberton Group founders Mason Christensen and Duncan Hamilton have acquired Sea School, a U.S. Coast Guard‑approved maritime training institution founded in 1977 and headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. The purchase from owner Jean Wahl transfers ownership to the new holding company leadership, who plan to continue the Sea School name and pursue growth while preserving the school's legacy in USCG licensing and maritime education.
