Diversified Communications UK Acquires Northern Restaurant & Bar

Diversified Communications UK, the UK division of Diversified Communications, has acquired Northern Restaurant & Bar (NR&B), the annual hospitality trade show held at Manchester Central. The event, previously owned by Holden Media, will be operated by Diversified as part of its food and hospitality events portfolio; NR&B's event director Andy Clayfield will join Diversified UK while former owner Thom Hetherington will step down.

The add-on deals expand Babble's presence in Scotland and the North-East and strengthen its UCaaS, CCaaS, cyber and managed network capabilities for SME customers nationwide.
