Kaiterra, a global air quality device and data company headquartered in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, has acquired Berkeley, California-based ChemiSense. The acquisition expands Kaiterra’s product portfolio and distribution channels for commercial, industrial and residential air quality monitoring—initially strengthening its U.S. West Coast presence and adding ChemiSense’s sensor hardware and software capabilities.

KPM Analytics (Union Park Capital) Acquires Sensortech Systems

KPM Analytics, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, has acquired Sensortech Systems, Inc., an Oxnard, California-based manufacturer of near infrared (NIR) and radio frequency (RF) moisture measurement instruments. Sensortech will join KPM’s portfolio to expand its NIR technology offering and add RF capabilities; Sensortech’s CEO Colin Hanson and the existing management team will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.
