MobilityWorks has acquired IMED Mobility, adding seven locations and expanding MobilityWorks' footprint into Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, South Dakota and strengthening its presence in Wisconsin. The deal marks MobilityWorks' first retail presence in Missouri and expands its network to 94 locations across 32 states, adding local sales, service and adaptive-equipment capabilities in the Kansas City area.

Etac Acquires Ki Mobility

Permobil Acquires PDG Mobility

National Seating & Mobility Acquires Active Mobility Products (Kelowna)

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has acquired Active Mobility Products in Kelowna, British Columbia, strengthening NSM’s presence in the Interior (Okanagan) region and launching its first NSM-branded location outside the United States. Dino Padula, the former owner and adaptive seating specialist, will transition to NSM following the acquisition as the company continues to rebrand other British Columbia businesses under the NSM name.
