LDC-backed Agentis Health Group has launched and completed its first acquisition, buying Living With, a UK digital health company that provides condition-specific digital therapeutics and remote patient management. The deal brings Living With's remote assessment, management and rehabilitation platform into Agentis’ broader medicines management, diagnostics and therapeutics offering to strengthen its digital therapeutics capability for NHS long‑term condition pathways.
